positive parenting by empowering parents within the community

We provide education, information and training events to promote positive parenting for anyone with parenting responsibilities, through this we can raise the awareness of parents, and provide more effective support for children, and young people in their care. Through Parents are the Comm
unity, those with parenting responsibilities have the opportunity to gain formal qualifications, to volunteer and become more engaged and empowered within their community.

We also provide development and educational groups for children and young people, which supplement and assist positive parenting approaches. We work in partnership with all local agencies that support positive parenting approaches
